Is it possible to find a home about 40 min from Del Mar Heights Road in San Diego, i4 bedrooms (5 kids), at around 350k??????? Is it crazy impossible??
Due to 5 kids, school is a huge important thing to keep in mind!

I doubt it especially during commute, but my point is if they want 4 bedrooms at that price, they will have to make the drive.

Don't rely on MapQuest. MapQuest doesn't factor in the traffic holdups with accidents, rain or any other type of backup.

Google maps tells me from Romona to Del Mar its 44 minutes right now and that is pretty much with traffic as ideal as its gonna get. If that will be a daily commute during normal rush hour no way will it be 40 minutes

I hope my sarcasm is coming accross as bad advice. OP, for that price, you will need to sacrifice sizem, school dirstrict and or commute time.
