I watched the game tonight and was really happy that the Giants put away the Phillies. As a Dodger fan I shouldn't be rooting for the Giants but I am and hope they do to the Rangers what they did to Philadelphia. Now the East Coast people are complaining that nobody is going to watch the World Series because no team from the East Coast is in it. Who cares, poor sports! The Rangers have never been in a World Series and the Giants haven't been in a long long time. I am going to enjoy this match-up.

I wonder how much money is being wasted on a few people, who take a wooden stick, and hit a ball. I wonder how many people, who are losing their homes, etc, these worthless people could pay for. I wonder how many persons could be put through college on the salaries of these "athletes." Yep, our society is great.

Yes, our society has interesting priorities...but so what...go Rangers! Seriously, this will be a great series. I'm glad Texas is playing SF, not because I have any insight as to which team is going to win, but because I am tired of east coast baseball. Good luck!

Congratulations to the Giants. I am one of those "haters" you can't be a Giants fan and a Dodgers fan anymore than a Cowboys fan and a Redskins fan. That being said: again "congrats to the Giants!!!""

Good job Giants. Now I can cheer for the true underdog!
RANGERS RANGERS, HOPE THEY WILL BE FLYING THE FLAG (WORLD SERIES FLAG THAT IS) ALL NEXT YEAR. IT HAS TAKEN THEM LONG ENOUGH TO GET THERE...!!!! of course we are thrilled we don't have to watch 2 eastern teams with the damn eatern announcers. Oh, the announcers will be there, but not the teams.
