I live in southern california. I used to go to SF to visit friends; its a disgusting mess and unsafe in many many areas. Our friends got fed up and left. Its totally preventable and yet for some reason the city leaders seem to let it get worse. The vagrants have taken over parks all over Southern california and they cause problems 24/4. again totally preventable.Its caused by public policy unlike otehr crime- totally preventable- the vagrants need to be in buildings with guards! They need to be institutionalized for sure-everybody sees that. shame on anyone who excuses, defends or promotes this terrible vagrancy mess that exploded in my area when obama took office. We are voting for Cox.
