I believe that's the same price as a monthly MUNI pass, but I could be wrong.

Yes and if you park in a yellow meter, $100+ is normal. I wonder why the road condition is one of the worst in the country with the amount of fines and fees they charge.

I got two $66 tickets two days in a row for turning my wheels the wrong way on a "hill" (it was genuinely barely a tiny slope), and I didn't check my car the first day.

I knew a lady that worked at the BART answering questions(normally rudely) that made over $30/hr and that was in 2009! I can only imagine what she's making today.
