Coliseum site is atrocious for baseball. Unlike football, baseball shouldn't be played in exit ramp stadium ghettoes. New ownership group seems to know what they're doing.

The Laney College site has always been a great option, if it's the site that housed the Kaiser Auditorium. Are Peralta Schools willing to sell the land?

Howard Terminal isn't by any residential neighborhoods but it has its own issues that could delay it such as clean up of the site. I'm pretty torn on both sites but lean towards Laney because of BART, and Brooklyn Basin/redevelopment potential. Granted it may take a lot of time for that area to redevelopment like the area around AT&T but it's only one or two BART stops down from vibrant areas with existing bars/restaurants in addition to a long walk/short Uber ride from JLS.
That is a good question. But looking at the prices over there now, easily up 75% in the past 5 years, it might be a lost cause already. But I hope that some smart development and density can help shield east lake from displacement. Around Lake Merritt Bart is so under development. And Brooklyn basin would be so close.

Shall you watch the A's-Angels game? This is a baseball thread, let's keep it that way
Fully aware of that, hopefully you can finally admit and accept you're the one that took the thread off topic initially with your little irrelevant diatribe. Stick to the topic next time.

Actually it's more of a stadium thread than just baseball. A's-Angel's? That series was over two days ago.

Oops you're right, it's on to the Rangers next.

Didn't really get off topic, considering I gave a suggestion for their next stadium. Thanks

Still in denial and being stubborn I see. The whole spiel about their record was irrelevant and off topic.

I thought you joking about sharing a stadium in Vegas with the Raiders since it's a stupid and pointless suggestion seeing as no NFL and MLB want to and will share stadiums anymore. Especially these two teams given their history with each other, something that I'm sure you know nothing about. You were actually serious though? Either way I asked about three specific local sites so even if you were serious it's still off-topic and irrelevant.

Was I 100% serious, no of course not, I know that could/would not be able to happen.

Do I wish it would happen is a totally different topic...

So a pointless, irrelevant contribution. Wonderful, really added a lot to the thread...

Again, wouldn't be here if you didn't post irrelevant drivel because you need attention. You said you were done about two or three times already yet you keep coming back for more.
