Sometimes that ends quite badly for the keyer, allegedly speaking of course. Permanent damage to a vehicle is over the line. Supposedly one dude was caught in the act once, and even though it wasn't their car, some other guys were bigger, drunker and decided to teach the other guy a lesson. Relieved him of his keys and dropped them down the gutter to start on their journey to the Bay.

If really bothered, write a note and affix it to the vehicle where the owner will see it. Simply write...I peed on your car, and this note. Whether you want to actually do it, or just spill some water to wet the note is up to you. just remember...place note first, drop liquid second.

Part of me wants to say, "#Me too! Another perk: Out there there's less chance someone will ding my car with their car door, too!"

The other part of me demands I say, "Shhhh! Stop spilling our secret!"

Why are people still visiting the Livermore outlets? There's nothing of note there to buy (and most everything on the Internet is cheaper for luxury goods).

If you must park, go to the overflow lot across the street or just park on the outer edges.

Even if the driver was a d!ck, this is a terrible idea in 2018. Dash cameras are incredibly cheap and have gained great popularity over the past few years. Just yesterday I installed a 4k dashcam in my car, which records while the car is parked.

Yeah I know it's not a good idea now or then lol, but I was young and foolish, nonetheless I don't feel any sympathy for the jerk.

The company changed their name to San Francisco Premium Outlet even though it's like 1 hr away from SF.

The shoppers at those outlets are incredibly rude. I never had an issue parking there though but mainly with interactions inside the stores/mall. If you followed someone then you're entitled to that spot imo. And if you signaled before someone then again that should be your spot.
