I don't like that mob mentality where people jump to conclusions either such as with the Duke rape case but the chick's face was beat up and purple and blue.

Typical Backward logic, Guilty until proven innocent. You have the law backwards, and what happens if she comes out and say's she was not raped? It's not her being drunk giving them a pass to rape her, it's about consent. Do you have a pile of evidence in front of you? Not sure how you think you could flat out win this case.
