We are moving to Monterey and are looking for a good Pre-K program for our daughter. I'm open to anything in the area -- PG, Carmel, Seaside.

Any suggestions? Do the public schools have pre-k programs in Monterey? And does anyone have any opinions about public vs private?

Thanks much.

I would strongly recommend the Ryan Ranch Children's Center. Great teachers, very academic oriented. My girl was there for two years (pre-k and k). We could not be more satisfied with them.

Their phone number is (831) 647-9556
