Which "Walk", Sarasota, Venice or Naples? (house, neighborhood)

I posted this in the general FL forum, but thought I'd ask here as well to see if I could get more input from the local residents. This is my question. We have been looking into buying in one of the "walks", Village Walk, Island Walk or The Isles. We love the layout, walking paths and amenities they offer. Communities can have a different vibe. Looking for a very friendly, active and not stuffy community and are open to any of the towns listed. We can research the subjective things, but were looking for the intangibles. Any experience with these communities?

I can add a quick note, same builder-Divosta has another option, between Village Walk and The Isles is community Sandhill Preserve. You can check out the website with information on amenities. This is gated and believe just two lots remaining and a couple quick move in homes available. I also noticed last week a few resale's on line. Divosta has also started a new development Hammock Preserve down the road, other side of The Isles. Just a FYI. Best of Luck in your search.

Sandhill Preserve is almost built out. Hammock Preserve is holding their agent open house on February 9th, so I am assuming the grand opening to the public will be that weekend.

Thanks so much for your replies. We've checked out both Sandhill Preserves and Hammock Preserves, but still keep going back to the "Walks". Maybe a second look is in order.

I'm really not clear what you're after. Village Walk and The Isles are in Palmer Ranch, in Sarasota. I don't see Island Walk in there, so not sure exactly where you might be looking. Are you focused on Palmer Ranch, and trying to determine which neighborhood in there may work?

Naples is 2 hours away, so you're not likely to find someone that can relate those. Venice is nearby, but there might be many communities between Sarasota and Venice that meet your criteria, so it's not clear to me what you are narrowing down to or looking for.

To clarify, we are looking at The Isles and Village Walk in Palmer Ranch, Island Walk in Venice, and Village Walk and Island Walk in Naples. Very confusing for sure!
