neighborhood, etc.

Came across listings for 'River District' while searching.

The River District refers to a main historic district. Boundaries are loosely: beginning just west of downtown Bradenton (across Ware's creek), north of Manatee Avenue (to the Manatee River), continuing west to about 41st Street, but also including Riverview Boulevard further west. There are other adjacent historic districts but "River District" refers specifically to that area.

THANK you! The only other info I found was blurb on a broker's website:

You must visit Riverview Boulevard where some of Bradenton's finest older homes are located. Enjoy the stately homes while you are driving along a palm, treed boulevard. Don't forget to go down some of those back roads that come right up to the river and check out the adorable cottages.

This area is a real treat steeped in history. The River District is one of Bradenton's most desirable places to live and it is conveniently located to downtown and the beaches
