To those in the know, what are the better sports bars in Ballard, Fremont, and Wallingford.
Im interested in sports bars that have a fairly lively ambiance serving good wings and may even play music at night. Looking more for a casual and friendly environment. Not necessarily a dive bar with bunch of hostile drunks, but rather a happy crowd and preferably a good happy hour crowd. Also any good sports bars in the U.District.

The Ballard Loft is pretty good. Also try the Treehouse on Leary, its a bit different than your usual sports bar but good food and a great friendly atmosphere, especially during Sunday Football (or other big sports days).

I used to visit Goldies on 45th in Wallingford to get a drink and watch a game.
HOME (http://goldiessportsbar.com/HOME.html - broken link) neighborhoody and comfortable.
I think it's changed it's name though

Goldies is now the Iron Bull, and it's the same as it used to be, albeit with better TV's.

Seattle really suffers from a lack of quality sports bars.

Bleachers is on Greenwood Ave @ 81st. Not exactly where you're looking, but a good, solid sports bar.

Most of the really high-end sports bars aren't in those 'hoods - Fox Sports Grill & Spitfire are both downtown; Sport is near the Seattle Center (and has great food to boot); The Ram in UVillage is OK.

Generally, you're going to find more neighborhood bars that are good for watching the game (a la the Roanoake on Capitol Hill or the Duchess in Laurelhurst) than out and out Sports Bars.
