I would say half of my clients are working creative industries (e.g. fashion design film editing, sound editing , graphic design, musicians and other performing artists etc.) I do have about 5% software engineers, too. I'm going to open an office in Seattle, which neighborhoods would you think would be convenient to people in these industries.
