We are likely landing in Lakemont and wanted to sign the kids up for sports and such. It's part of Bellevue but zoned for Issaquah schools. If I'd like them to have familiar faces is it a safe bet that people stay with the town they attend school in (Issaquah?)

Also, anyone live near there that can recommend great private swim and tennis lessons for kids?

Lakemont is close the the Coal Creek YMCA. It's a really nice, new facility!

We lived in Lakemont for 3 years. Our neighborhood went to both Issaquah and Bellevue SD so if you want one that all the kids go to the same school make sure of that. As far as people staying in the town they attend school, I find this to be a mixed bag. Since all the towns are so close people do not tend to stick to their own. For instance, my daughters dance is in Issaquah, there are kids in there from Sammamish, Bellevue, Redmond, & Snoqualmie that I know of. If you do a recreation sport in Issaquah then all the kids must be from there so you would have a better chance of school mates being in those activities. Hope this helps.

That helps thanks. We are looking in Lakemont Woods, which has a Bellevue address though. So if they played soccer for instance would we play for Bellevue? We'd be attending Cougar Ridge so I'm not sure where most of those kids come from.
