Wasn't it mentioned that Bellevue was one of the places to start up a business? So, launch your fashion line there too! From what I observed there, there is definately the disposable income for fashion.

If you are young, with no ties, I would just go and satisfy my curiousity. You are at the most mobile stage of your life, and by the sounds of it you have money too, which gives you more options. One day when you have a family, there are all their needs to think of too. I've made two major moves in my life before I turned 20 and they have enriched my life tremendously.

I realize you said you wanna try something new and then you came back to say you want to say. Find out what motivated you to want to leave in the 1st place and then find a city that can "fix" it in a sense. Just know as some point out, you may trade one set of issues for another. I too live in the south (TX) and can't wait to leave the depressing, hot summers in addition to lack of culture. Should I choose Seattle, I know that'll be fixed, but I'll have to deal with the gray. Even if you love ATL, I would always encourage people to explore new option. If you don't like it, you can move back-ATL isn't going anywhere.
