One of my cousins is moving to Seattle in June ... and is on the lookout for a two bedroom home for rent in the city, be it a house, apartment, or townhouse I believe. Does anyone have recommendations on where to search (website wise)? I'm not sure yet which part of the city she's looking at. She is in her 20s and doesn't have any kids.

You omitted the most important piece of information:

What is her budget?

And the second most important information:

What is her lifestyle?

Back 2+ years ago when I was looking for a rental, 2 bedroom houses were running $1800+ even for places that were not remodeled.

I will ask her for more details, but I imagine she'd be more than OK with an apartment. I'm not sure what her budget is yet, but she has an active lifestyle. She is very athletic and outdoorsy, but she also knows how to dress up well for a "night out".
