17 hours a day, five days a week is an 85 hour work week.

At minimum wage (9.19 currently I think), that is $781 a week.

That's a monthly income of around $3100 before taxes. So the answer is, yes, absolutely. Working that much sounds miserable though.

A single person can live on that in Seattle on less than that, for sure.

I was thinking working in a sales position during day witch will make me around $40K yearly and as a bar tender/waiter during night witch will make me another $25K-$30K, so total of $65K-$70K.
Is it possible to make it happen ????
I have a bachelor in business but I don't think I can secure a job for a highly regarded position so I am gonna go with the basic stuff (Sales) as I like to work with people and I have a fun personality.

Not sure what you're asking- Is it possible for you to get both of those jobs? I don't know- I don't know you, your skills and qualifications. I can tell you there are plenty of bars and restaurants around.

Or, if you're asking, is it possible to live in Seattle on 60-70K a year- of course it is. I make significantly less than that and I have what I consider a pretty comfortable life here.

I would recommend that rather than work as a bartender, you should find work as a security guard of a building or something like that where it's not so demanding. But either way, if you can do it then great.

On the other hand, bartending and/or waiting tables can be surprisingly lucrative in this town. Base salary is $10/hr and tips can be very generous (I remember seeing a waiter at a high-end establishment who made enough to afford a house).

40K yearly should be fine in Seattle. Why would you need 2 jobs? If you want extra spending money, wait tables 2 nights/week. With tips you'll do fine. Rent a room in a shared household to keep rent down. Piece of cake. If you want a studio, or a small 1-br., they start around $950 around Queen Anne and other neighborhoods. If you want cheaper, go to Everett, or south of Seattle. Or share with someone in the U District or Capitol Hill. 40K is plenty.

No, waiting tables & scoring tips is where it's at. But doing that just 2 or 3 nights/week is enough to earn money to burn, money for international travel, all kinds of spare cash.

How Much Do Bartenders Make? Some Research | The Mixology Wine Institute

in short, it depends where you bartend. you can make a lot or make a little...

if you make a lot, maybe this guy should just bartend full time instead of working in marketing for chump change ($40k/yr).
