KIds share a bedroom right now so that's no issue. We are extremely frugal and save as much as we can. We don't go out to restaurants, etc but maybe every 6 months or so. We are pretty easy to please so I'm sure we'll find something to suit.

You are going to do so well, with your lifestyle and future income. If, as you say he ends up making $50/hr, that's over $100k/yr which will easily allow you to live and save, especially if you choose the south sound. If you choose to go back to work at some point you'll go into the doing real well category.
