Calling all Uber, UberEATS and Lyft Drivers in this region (Seattle: live, centers)

I was thinking of driving for UberEATS food delivery recently, but the UberEATS application shifted me to the actual Uber driver application page.... and then I decided I might as well try driving for both both Uber and UberEATS as its the same company anyway and perhaps they will combine everything into one system.

If anyone has experience driving for either of the above two or for Lyft, please share your opinions about any or all of the below:

1) Application process (time to approval if I finish all required submissions fast, any signup bonuses etc...)?
2) Best hours to drive.
3) Best locations to drive with not too many other competing drivers (I am open to hang around anywhere within 30 miles of Seattle).
4) Worst hours and locations for getting stuck in traffic.
4) Pay rate after all deductions and your own fuel expenses.
5) Any unique issues with UberEATS in terms of picking up food from distribution centers, smell in car, bad packaging related spills etc...?
6) Any issues with drunks or other misbehaving people?
7) Do they use the license photo or do they make you come in for a photo?
