I am consider myself a move to Seattle, Washington once I complete my bachelor degree in biology from the University of Kentucky. I wondering there could be a job opening available out there in the near future. I also looking for a place to stay no matter if my credit score is good or bad. What is there job market like in Seattle? Do they have apartment no matter your credit score is good or bad as long you don't have a criminal record?

It does stay grey and cool here alot - take that into consideration - Plus you might look into a Masters degree since your competition here is fierce- My husband has a biology degree from UW and it's done NOTHING for him - and most of his friends who are in the environmental industry have PHds.

I would imagine that you will find a place to stay with good/bad credit...it's a matter of how much you want to pay. Seattle is just like any other city in that good credit generally gets you a better price but bad credit can still get you something but for more of a price. As far as your field goes, I have no idea because that is pretty general but as far as economies go Seattle is faring better than most in this difficult time. If you love this city and want to live here, save some money and plan your move. That's the best you can do with any move to a new place. It is a great city and there are a lot of great reasons to move here...even if those of us who believe that the God of the Bible created the heavens and earth do live out this way (there are more than you think there are jenlion). Best of luck planning your future!
