I recently got a job in Everett for Boeing. I have interned there and stayed on Evergreen Way at the intersection of 112th last time. It wasn't bad but i really wanted a private garage. One place in particular caught my eye, Huntington Park apartments (9009 W Mall Dr) right across the street from Everett Mall. Price is great and apartments look nice from the outside (based on google maps). I wish i could go check them out before i move but i live in Ohio and am still in school. I was just wondering how safe that area is? Anything i should watch out for? It is just me living there, a 22 y.o. male. I am also open to any other suggestions for places to live (must have a garage though).

Thanks

You won't have any issue in that area. I'm a Boeing engineer too ... welcome!

If you're 22 years old though, I'd highly recommend moving someplace where there's a vibe, and not just suburbia. You will be bored to tears there unless you don't mind suburbia.

That said I can't think of many places that will have private garages. Seattle as you know can be higher density and it's not surprising to find more privacy in the burbs, but it's all a matter of preference. If you're really needing a private garage, I'd just stick with what you got, you can always drive south into the city for fun.
