Yes! Check out the SBA (Small Business Administration) websites and locations. They should be able to help you with everything you need. Also, check out the Seattle and Washington state government websites. You might also want to check with the state of New York for other things about moving your business location. I can't remember which things you have to reapply for, but there's plenty of paperwork involved in changing the location of your business. Check out the links below:
