When we worked EMS, the ER and OR had an ointment that they used very sparingly and never gave out to patients. When applied to an injury, the tissues would begin to heal VERY rapidly; skin growth would start in hours. The ointment was made with silver...

The reason this ointment was so closely guarded is that deeper tissue that was untreated and did not come into contact with the ointment could still have bacteria in it, and the rapid surface healing could often trap infection in deeper tissue, causing even more severe and long-term problems.

The whole "people-turning-blue" tales happened in the last century, with people using enormous quantities of silver over an extended period of time. Even a dear friend who makes his own colloidal silver and drinks an 8-oz glass every day has never had a problem.

Silver is ant-bacterial and anti-microbial, but most people ingest colloidal silver as both a curative and preventative medicine, like a vitamin or anti-oxidant. I have several nurse and doctor friends who drink it every day; debate the best sources, etc. They even recommend it to their patients - the ones whom they know well. They say it helps to eliminate free radicals and cuts down on infection and disease - including infections/diseases that are internal but have surface results like eczema or psoriasis.

anyway, i tried looking at walmart and nothing. i just stumbled on this silver based cream at walgreens.

i think i will buy colloidal silver tomorrow i looked on internet and you can only find it on vitamin stores like gnc, vitamin shop, etc...

has anyone tried colloidal silver to treat rash? i have read it does treat rash just wanna know someone who ACTUALLY treated their rash with colloidal silver.

before finding out about the medicinal powers of silver my all in one/all purpose disinfectant is hydrogen peroxide. it treated pimples, boils and even use it as mouthwash.

i prefer natural/alternative medicines.
The problem is you need to treat the rash systemically not just topically. You also need a QUALITY colloidal silver from a good health food store which isn't available at Walmart.

Raw unsulphured apple cider vinegar taken internally and externally helps tremendously with skin conditions. You also need to diagnose what it is. If it is Scabies, taking a hot hair dryer and blowing the hot air on the rash for as long as you can stand helps to kill the mites and keep them from multiplying. You also have to heat treat your clothes, sheets, everything!

For any kind of mite, lice, fleas, bed bugs, roaches or other bugs, get "Best-Yet" natural red cedar bug spray. It is so safe you can spray it on yourself and on your pets .... as well as around your house. It is fantastic! It works quickly. You'd think it was toxic as all get out when you see how quickly it kills bugs. Cedarcidestore.com has it.

If it is Shingles, you need to do an anti-viral program. Definitely take the colloidal silver, in therapeutic doses internally. Also take the apple cider vinegar. Take lots of Lysiene if it is Shingles. There is some sort of Cayenne Pepper formula that is especially good for Shingles too which I can't recall now what it is. With Shingles you need to act quickly to avoid the long term nerve pain that can sometimes result.

If it is hives or something else it could be caused by a food allergy.

Earthclinic.com or maybe it is Earth-clinic.com has a great DIY skin health forum with several people that have had great success healing themselves even including Melanomas!

I would be really careful with that stuff. No, I would not use it at all. Ever.
You have to drink boatloads of it for that to happen. At least it doesn't kill people like pharmaceutical drugs do every day!

I don't see you needing a cream, just get some good quality cs, put it in a sprayer and spray the rash every few hours. It may not work, but it's certainly worth a try. Mesosilver is a good brand.
For itchiness, tea tree oil can help. You may want to dilute it with some olive oil.

So does Iodine mixed with mineral oil and it's cheaper.

If the rash is from Shingles you want Lysiene and a capsicum formula and a few other things which a good Naturopath would know. If Shingles goes untreated for a long time or is only treated by M.D.s there can be long term nerve damage.

Most people do not know that the military is now issuing silver-impregnated socks to the troops, to prevent athlete's foot. It's working, esp in the hot climates where are troops are now deployed.

Most people do not know that the military now issues our troops underwear containing silver threads. In the event where the soldier takes a bullet hit, the cloth also goes into the wound, preventimg infection until they get medical attention. Also works. Many troops are not even aware of this.

Silver is a proven antibacterial. It is a component in the Doulton water filters used in the Royal Berkfeld line, which has been in existence since the time of Queen Victoria.

Colloidal silver is verrrry tiny amounts of verrrry tiny silver particles. My wife and I have used it for years, AND we use a Doulton water filter, and we haven't turned blue. Some people are idiots and overuse everything or something they like. We call those people hoarders or alcoholics, and so on. Not every person who buys stuff at a store is a hoarder, not every imbiber is an alcoholic, and not every user of CS is blue.

Skin rashes can occur from any number of causes. CS would likely NOT be a treatment. If you have a spreading rash, just wander to the dollar store and pick up a tube of athletes foot cream and try that first. Many rashes are fungal in nature. Then there always is the idea of going to a doctor, who will likely first prescribe an anti-fungal cream that costs twenty times as much and contains the same chemical.
Wish you could get your message about the hairy palms etc. to the two blue people that live in my area. I feel sure they would be very interested.
