I did a C-D search about memory foam and gel toppers for mattresses and the last time this topic was discussed was over 5 years ago so I'm going to open up the topic again.
I have a memory foam mattress that I really liked, but I'm realizing that it's become too hard for me to sleep on it. I generally like a hard mattress but I've become plagued with back and hip issues and need more targeted support.
Have there been any need developments in mattress toppers? I'd appreciate any recommendations. I now live in a warmer climate so a "cool gel" or similar would be the ideal.
