Last month I placed an order at Amazon. The next day I wanted to check on it and suddenly my password didn't work. This was the same computer as usual. I have had the same password for over 15 years. Nothing in my order was unusual per my Amazon history.
I was able to change the password and my account access is back to normal. I don't see any bogus orders listed. I called Amazon and got a generic answer from an a barely literate representative.
Is there any reason to think something fishy occurred?
