I can't believe that every store I went to today had tons of people waiting to pay and 2 to 3 cashiers for all of them in each store . To top it off, every cashier was a s slow as molasses. I ran into this at the clothing store, target, walgreens, vitamin shoppe. So frustrating to stand around for so long at each store! I think shopping on Sundays in the summer in this area is a nightmare.

A friend of mine works at a restaurant and she HATES working Sundays... mostly because instead of tips, she gets bibles. Bibles don't pay the bills!

I went shopping yesterday and thought I was getting a jump on the heat and the crowds, only to find out the shops in the mall (not the anchor stores, like Macy's) open at 11:00 on Sundays now. They used to open at 10. So I took my time at Macy's for an hour.

I think the best time for shopping is Friday during a holiday sale.

I like to grocery shop early Saturday morning. It's like the calm before the storm.
