Hopefully someone can help. I am looking for a home with 3 bedrooms, granite counter tops, nice kitchen, wood floors, with a pool if possible and not far from a lake. I need to stay under the 250,000 range (I know that is low but it is what it is)Can anyone help? I am looking in a few different states including South Carolina, Georgia, and TN. Thanks for your help

Check out Greenwood, SC. The lake is long, narrow and rather shallow but I'm sure you could find something nice in that price range. Personally, I like Lake Murray in the Columbia SC area best....deep lake, great fishing and a much more lively lake community. I'm not sure what you will find in that price range but I'd certainly look there first. Good luck.
