Hey guys,
Me and my wife(no kids) are looking to make make the move to SC. I am a home inspector in NJ and she is also in real estate. I am currently licensed to inspect in SC already. I also have my radon license and wood destroying insect license. I am just wondering about the market for home inspections. Currently, I am pretty busy in NJ. I am willing to start over again however. I just need to know that people actually get inspections in SC just like NJ. We are currently interested in Greenville area, however, we are open to anywhere within the state
Basically I just want to know if there is a market for home inspections in SC during the real estate process just like it is here in NJ. I've asked a few people and they all tell me yes, however, I feel posting here my give me more insight(and confidence).
