Are you currently completing an undergraduate degree in or relevant to nursing?

If you are relocating along the South Carolina coast, Medical University of South College College of Nursing in Charleston has a Master's program and a Doctor of Nursing Practice program, and it is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education. The experience and education here would be valuable.

kbaker,
Lpns don't make much down here.
There aren't as many job opportunities either.
You have to get your Rn, Lpns make about 10 an hour.
Seriously.

The demand for nursing will exist as those employed in the nursing field retire and are replaced, or the population increases with more patients to tend to. I doubt there are or will be limited opportunities in South Carolina for nursing.
