Hello
I have been reading some of the post here for a couple months. I was sitting by waiting for the word back on a new job position to come through. I am coming from North Carolina area been here for about ten years. But the job market went bad for what I do " not a surprise for anywhere these days". Well I am looking to find some where to rent until I am able to purchase a home in that area. Surprising to see it is really hard to find some where in that area. I will be working in Florence and my boyfriend family lives there. We tried to get there assistance in locating rental properties which is almost impossible. Some of the apartments you dont want to live in. And the only new one thay have is the haven at mill creek which is very expensive. Does anyone have any idea what I should do. I have to be there in mid October. Its looking Like I will be driving everyday from North Carolina harnett county area. Shrugs ..... Not looking forward to that gasoline bill!! I am looking for a three bed two bath or bigger place within reason and a good school for my 13 year old. And hopefully race doesnt become and issue but I can bring that up if needed....

Powers Properties has several apartment complexes in west Florence, where the best public schools are located. Their number is (843) 667-4900. You may also want to try the classified ads on the Florence newspaper website at Home | SCNow.

Most apartment complexes here locally and landlords usually require a 1 year lease. Thats one thing you need to take into consideration also. My brother has a network group of landlords and they email each other when a good prospect comes through looking for a place, you can email me and I can send you his number to reach him. Also, try calling some local real estate companies, they normally have houses available for rent. Century 21 Bellray Properties and I believe Aiken and Co. is one that deals with plenty of rentals.

Default thanks

Yes I have been calling around. For some reason a lot of them don't do rental properties. Understandable, or the properties are way out of financial reach which I am sure has to do with area or the state of foreclosures but of the three bedrooms for 1800 plus a month I think is pretty ridiculous you should see some of them, cough, cough. There's a lot of people coming in because of this company so I have been trying to network also. But keep the ideas coming I appreciate it. For now its driving two hours each way woohooooo fun!!!!!!!!
