For dinner today. Grilled Beef Fajitas, Smoked beef and pork/venison sausage links, Grilled Corn on cob wrapped in foil buttered and seasoned, potato salad....Pico de gallo and flour tortillas..
Oatmeal right now, and LOTS of coffee. But we started the fire at about 3pm yesterday. Got a good 3 ft of coals so the pig got lowered into the pit about 9 last night. Been covering little steam leaks all night. Should be ready about 1 this afternoon. At least, ready or not, that's when we uncover the pit.
