Well that's the weather/climate that comes to mind when I think of life forming.

Bacteria and all that. Jungles and diversity and survivability. It all seems to go hand in hand.

It may turn out to be a "hotbed" for life and evolution.....time will tell.

I think it is premature to conclude that it may be habitable. Until they get a telescope in space large enough to do some serious spectral analysis on the atmospheres of these candidate worlds (one word - Webb), I prefer a wait and see attitude. I have no doubt, however, that it is only a matter of time before we do find one.

That's why the thread title had the word....."MAYBE" within it!

HD 85512 b - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Seems no warmer than Florida or Texas.....ROFL....so there is a high probability of life there.

I always find it funny how people belief our specific atmosphere here on Earth is the requirement for life on other planets. Hello??? They are called aliens for a reason. Just my observation.
