Motion is detected relative to some frame of reference, so you'd have to define a frame of reference.

There isn't an "epicenter" of the universe. Perhaps you should investigate a little deeper than a superficial web search.

I watched the video that said the sun is moving through space and dragging us in it's wake at a certain rate of speed. So, what were the people who made the video using as a reference? Can you use the same reference to answer the question of if anything in space is stationary?

Draw a circle. Put your pencil on the edge of the circle and find the "center" of that edge.
