Am trying to figure this out quickly. Have 2 job offers - same job different locations. VA is super expensive but I'm already here. The other is in WA with a clean start and new scenery - cost of rentals is 33% cheaper - rest is comparable. It snows in both places and rains. Everyone I know is on the East coast but that's what planes are for - I'd like pros-cons on both? Have never lived in WA but it's gorgeous and lots of out door things to do - Help!!!

I'm in the same conundrum. I can promote where we are in MI or in the Spokane area. I want Spokane for the reasons you list but am concerned over selling our home and the whole hassle of moving. I am leaning toward Spokane. Clean start and new scenery is calling!

I am new to this whole city forum thing and i am considering moving to WA from Sacramento ca well me and my boyfriend.. im like you have never been there before..im in the dental field and my boyfriend is a warehouse associate with his class A license. where looking for something out of the city but not too far for the commute i loove the green trees and small town concept. just something new and fresh. of course this wont happen until next year or so but any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
