Andy Murray has dominated the ATP Tour?

Let's see...

Roger Federer. 31 years old. 17 Majors. 76 career titles. 302 weeks at No. 1.

Rafael Nadal. 26 years old. 11 Majors. 56 career titles. 102 weeks at No. 1.

Novak Djokovic. 26 years old. 6 Majors. 37 career titles. 82 weeks at No. 1

Andy Murray. 26 years old. 1 Major. 26 career titles. 0 weeks at No. 1.

It's pretty clear that at least one of these guys doesn't belong in the conversation. You could even say that two of these guys don't belong in the conversation.

He Is agreeing with you lol.

Nobody is saying Murray dominated? He is a top player and will win a few more slams, as a fan, that's good enough for me.

Ferrer had an excellent year of tennis last year, but he is an old man in the tennis world. He has a couple of years tops to get it done. It would be cool to see him break through though.

Of anyone outside the top four, I think Del Potro has the best chance. He has an absolute canon when he is healthy. He hasn't seemed quite the same since the wrist injury, but he did well last year and seems to be off to a good start this year. Hard to believe it was all the way back in 2009 when he won at the US.

Edit: and to add in a little about the future, I'd say that Milos Raonic and Kei Nishiki seem to be the best rising young stars.

Djokovic totally dominated 2011 (3 Majors) and up to winning the 2012 Australian Open.
He single-handedly destroyed the Federer-Nadal duopoly on Majors for good.

Chang was nowhere near as consistent as Ferrer, despite the latter still not winning a Major.

Com'on now!
Agree, 4 years is a long time - that's like the length of time between successive Olympic Games, and someone who may be just an also-ran now could easily step up.
Would love to see Bernard Tomic be the one, but that may be another 3 to 4 years away as well.
There are also some late bloomers like Stanlislas Warwinka from Switzerland.
Tsonga could also easily win something like Wimbledon if it all comes together, just like other one Slam winners Michael Stich, Richard Krajicek and Goran Ivanisevic - who all relied (primarily) on monster serves on Grass to win the title.

Novak has had one dominant season (2011). Federer did what Novak did three times. And Nadal has twice as many majors at the same age. That's why I say it's arguable Djokovic doesn't even belong in the conversation. He doesn't have the titles. Nadal, on the other hand, has more Slams than Borg, Agassi, Connors, Laver, Lendl, Tilden and Rosewall. Only Fed, Sampras and Emerson have more. If Djokovic can put together two more seasons like 2011, then I'll gladly elevate him up to Federer-Nadal-Sampras status.

85 weeks at Number 1 for Djokovic is more than one season's dominance by most peoples calculations, and currently has a 3,500 point lead on the ATP Rankings, so will probably surpass Nadal's 102 weeks at Number 1.
Nadal has not won a non-French Major since the 2010 US Open, so cannot see his tally rise much more.
Agreed, Djokovic needs to win 2-3 more Majors to legitimise any claim at greatness (which he will achieve) - but currently he is already up there with the likes of Boris Becker and Stefan Edberg, so is still streets ahead of Murray.
