Mediacom -- Internet, cable television and telephone service ALL were
off for at least 24 hours in our Springfield neighborhood (near MSU). 7/31 through 8/1. Nothing in the news -- anyone else lose service? Any explanations for the reason(s)? When I finally reached tech support in "South Minnesota" he said that they did not have any reasons in their records, just "beginning and ending" times. I asked for the most recent beginning and ending times --and he said "yesterday" (8/1) 9-1:30 and "last night" (8/2) 2:15-4:15 am.
