Thank you! Thats why i asked, we don't need a large home, so might make sense for us. And it would put us a bit closer to the Metro i think? Which would be nice. But PH looks absolutely beautiful. Any other neighborhoods with a general look/eel as PH and PP that you would recommend?

Thank you! Schools aren't an option at this point at all, so i'll def check it out.

btw, how accurate would y'all say this is to measure the safety levels in different neighborhoods? It only includes the city, but would you say its an accurate picture?

I'd say it looks about right to me, except echoing the caveat that downtown numbers per capita are inflated because the overall activity there is high relative to the actual resident population there.
