Wow! This is going to be a banner year in this town for brewfests! Schlafly Rocks!

Unfortunately, Tonya and I have a race at Wash U at 5:00 PM that same evening, and beer festival + running later = epic fail.

I hope it sells out and all in attendance have a blast!

LMAO! Great post MONative! Believe me, my Wife and I prioritize our life as (1) our beautiful, God-given 7-year-old Angel (2) Running (3) Good Beer, especially from St. Louis, a great beer city in exception of ABInBev (4) Those heartbreaking St. Louis Blues who are a MUCH better team than the record indicates.

This race benefits Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Missouri. Believe me, Marksman84 and his family despise our current collection of morons in Washington, but as former Track stars we always run for a good cause!

Seriously - we LOVE to see these things happening in St. Louis- these types of events bring a lot of Western progressiveness (Denver, Phoneix, Las Vegas, Salt Lake etc.) to our fair city! Educated, active, optimistic non-smoking winners!

See you at the Brewers Heritage Festival, right after our Race for Haiti!

Sounds like you do a pretty good job balancing out everything.

Hard for me to make those events. I live across the state. But I have made a point in the last year or so to check out some of the newer happenings in St. Louis when I go back to visit family.

I am able to find Schlafly beer at a few stores around here. We have Boulevard Brewing. I only get the good beer on special occasions. Otherwise I just drink the cheap stuff.

You know, I think I just totally changed my opinion of you....... theres hope for you yet!
BTW.......as a former Mo state volleyball champ( Ste Gen Headhunters), do I get to be included?
I'm really not the German chubby I joked about in another thread. I'm not as athletic as I was then, but I'm trying!

No worries. I was joking as well - Marksman84 is a fan of the L.A. Face with the St. Louis Booty!
