I have bad arthritis and am not currently taking any supplements, any recommendations? Also, please note, I do not swallow pills, so liquid/gummy recommendations please...
Also feeling very tired, perhaps B complex? and Fish oil?

Fish oil is a great anti inflammatory. We've had discussions on here before about how much you need to take. I know I take 2 gel capsules every day as recommended by my dr and it has helped greatly with OA pain caused by inflammation. Besides supplements, you could also experiment and see if any food could possible be triggering the inflammation.

thanks..
Personally I think the best thing to do is start with your physician regarding any supplements. Some do have a negative affect on prescription medications you may be taking.
Then I would seek the guidance of a nutritionist and get any and all information regarding any foods that
may trigger inflamation of arthritis.
Then proceed from there. I hope you find something soon to ease your pain and inflammation.
I also have arthritis. I use tart cherry (fresh, frozen, juice or capsule form) to keep the pain at bay. Dark red cherries reduce inflammation by reducing uric acid levels in the blood. It works for me. It may not work for all people but really worth a try. No side effects like those in pharmaceuticals.
