What first comes to mind is Rhodiola. I have used it in the past with o.k results. I am looking to make a big movr and just want something to make it easier for me emotionally so I have a better chance of success and to get past the big emotional goodbye , for now.

I've worked and still do use these and you could try one or some of them:

Inositol
Gaba
L Theanine

B Complex and other B vits that work with your issues.

I've had no harm whatsoever, and need to say L Theanine is the one I work with least, Inositol the most.

Ashwaganda is very similar to the Rhodiola, both are "anti-stress". Both of these greatly improve my sleep.

I've also mentioned Kava. Given the right product it should be perfectly safe. The product should contain only root, no leaf and no stem. This is the product I would recommend.
