Yes- erm... that's what I meant by "definitely lives up to its name."
We constantly had issues with skunks making their homes under our porch... common neighborhood problem.
It's not rough around the edges. It's rough. If anything, it's nicer at the edges because it borders busier streets. More visibility there. Our old home (when I was a pre-teen) was bought for $8K, after several major drug busts across the street, slashed tires on several occasions, and attempted murders in our yard and across the street caused us to abandon it. A beautiful home with a fully fenced, treed yard with landscaping. That should indicate just how very much it is NOT just a low-income/working-class neighborhood... it's full-on ghetto. :/ I still drive by my old house sometimes- so sad.
