Use the bus:
Centro 246

Taxis usually cost about $60.

How much luggage? Do they still have those cheap taxis in Oswego? I was wondering if they could drive you down at a cost lower than $60.

It's a tough call, as the bus might not be full. So, you could bring luggage, if that is the case. I can't remember if there was a luggage compartment, but a call to CENTRO should get you an answer.

Centro has two huge luggage compartments on each side of the bus (= 4 compartments total)

When exactly are you looking to travel? During high volume student traffic time (long weekends, major school vacations, etc.) these compartments fill up quick as the buses are usually full. If it is during the week, you shouldn't have much of a problem.

$60 is cheap. It costs $34 for a taxi to get from the Syracuse airport to my house in the Outer University area of Syracuse and over $20 from the Transportation center.
