Curious, is financing in place? If not for the entire project, but a first phase? I know they will receive $3m from state economic development funds recently announced for environmental remediation. The eight acre contaminated area is west of the inner-harbor where the residential development is proposed. I would imagine the OCC satelite campus with hotel would move forward sooner rather than later.
