Now that I think of it, I would like a really high quality strip club a little closer to my house. Preferably right next to a church or something near me.

I don't live in Tampa but I think it could definitely benefit from having a waterpark some other theme park like Six Flags.

Orlando already has an insane amount of Theme Parks. Tampa should thrive on the opposite of that.

We don't want/need anymore tourists! We have snowbirds more than make up for them in Tampa, and surrounding areas.

Miami has the club scene

Orlando has the theme parks

So Tampa should thrive on arts & culture. It will only make sense, as this area is a lot quieter entertainment wise by comparison to Miami & Orlando, and it will round up Florida as a whole too.

Plus, unlike Orlando, we have the "water" here.
