I just hope it isn't a Monsoon like it was last August. I think it rained everyday at my house!

I had about 3" total for Aug of last year thanks to a reverse west wind flow. You guys inland around Lutz got it about everyday.

I love the heat and monsoon! I lived through 3 DC summers. San Diego is nice and warm, but too dry and no thunderstorms. Can't wait to move to DeLand for the humidity! Although I can understand posters who enjoy this cold after the long period of heat and humidity. I like the cool nights to open windows, as long as the day is warm. I also enjoy warm, muggy nights.

Now I'm gonna brag a bit-it's in the low 70sF here in San Diego during the day, but still cold at night.

Where do you live where you only got 3" of rain in Aug?

Ya, that's low compared to many 98-106 degree days we have experienced every year where we used to live.....with the same humidity.

I'm loving the cooler temps. It was in the mid 80s at this same time last year. I haven't worn boots this much in ages!

Since I had my post deleted for no good reason I will say this again. During May of that year while I was playing spring football, I remember it being hotter than hell out there, with temps in the mid to high 90s.
