My fiance and I have 3 offers and 3 different corner units that we are waiting to hear back on as to whether or not our offers were accepted. Does anyone here live in Riverwalk or know about them? What's your opinion. They seem really nice and the space on the inside is what we need...

Looks nice. What is the HOA? End units are better, right? More privacy? Less noise from neighbors? Found this picture on google.

For some reason your pic isn't showing up. HOA's run around $200, some a little over and covers cable and water/sewage. Corner units are better, only 1 neighbor-they are usually the more expensive. This was the only pic I could find. They are really nice on the inside. We put in offers on a 3 br. 2.5 ba. with a loft and 1 car garage. They are 1822sf.

I like homes w/ lofts. Wonder if the HOA has any exterior insurance coverage. Some places do. I like 2 car garages - allows you to use the area for a car and other stuff like a treadmill/exercise equipment/bicycles.

Yeah, unfortunatly they all only have 1 car garages, but we like the idea of a loft. From what I was told some of the HOA's does cover the exterior...I love the layout of them though, they are very spacious!

From the public records, there are 115 units. They're all owner occupied which I think is a good thing. They were built by M/I Homes in 2005-2006. Activity for the last 6 months, there are 7 on the retail market, 6 pending contracts, and 2 solds. The average sales price per square foot was ~$60.00. Looks like a good choice to me (on paper anyway). I would encourage you to have a really thorough home inspection especially since they were built during the boom years. Good luck!

Thank you TampaKaren! I would give you reps, but I did earlier today and it won't let me. I will make sure to let my step-dad know (he's doing all the leg work for me) about the thorough inspection.
