This is going to be my first apartment. I have landed my first job outside of college which is around the Feather Sound area in Clearwater. I have been considering a few places including The Reserve at Clearwater, Camden Lakes, and Gateway on 4th. My main priority is safety of course. I do not want to have to worry about someone breaking into my car or apartment. Having a washer and dryer is also essential in terms of amenities. The three apartments I listed above fit my price range and seem to have decent ratings on Apartment Ratings (Outside of Gateway on 4th. Not too much feedback for them).

I used to live at the Reserve it was nice but just had better opportunitys outside of florida .

Have you found a place? I love in Festhersound and love it but not in those apartment communities. I live in another one so I was wondering if you where still looking.
