Florida is not paradise. Even the most optimistic people can agree on that.

How? you mean blue clouds perhaps you are talking about what people would call partly cloudy? At any rate your easily amused
[*]How the rains cools down a hot day.
I think it goes unbearable humidity followed by a monsoon, I guess it cools down for about five minutes before the heat goes back on full
[*]The continual warm humid breezes.
nothing with the word humid in it is good unless you are in a sauna
[*]The never ending palm trees.
Sure, if you are into that sort of thing

Really frogs and snakes. Are the mosquitos, flesh eating bacteria and palmetto bugs in your etc etc
[*]The foliage is so green.
Foliage tends to be green, people go to New England in the fall to see the foliage and different colors, but green is the standard color of foliage, what else do you like striped zebras? transparent glass?

At least you got it right. These butt kissers that make up dream land stuff are morons.

Of course I have to put my Negative Nellie 2 cents in - I hope you won't be looking forward to fall temps in October, because you'll be seriously disappointed. Might get them in January, IF we are lucky. I miss the four seasons so much! Hence, my user name.

So you've been here a while and have grown to dislike it? That doesn't happen to most people.

One can enjoy living in FL and not be blind to its cons. Our OP here thinks there couldn't possibly ever be anything wrong with FL and at the first sign of someone saying something bad about the state, jumps on us for being negative.

27 years here and still loving it. Had a chance to relocate to anywhere we wanted in 2005. We left Orlando for the non urban setting 90 miles west of there.
