My guess would be the sounds caused by texting.

The issue IS about Oulson getting up and starting his barrage on Reeves who had never committed any crimes throughout the incident. Nothing more, nothing less.

At best some minor bleeping as he texted...but that is not clear.

Your two crimes likely would at worst reach the level of a single misdemeanor and that would be a best case for Reeves.

I would agree Oulson should have stayed in his seat.. But that is not the issue. Whether being impolite justifies a death sentence is the issue.

This case is really an example and need to be broadcasted widely to show angry people they need to learn how to deal with their attitude. This old retired office felt the danger over pop corn... right... He needs to go to jail. There is no excuse to use gun over argument you created yourself.
People with lack of anger management control can provoke the fight and deal with it. And this is exactly what happened... People like this killer will have no problem killing kids at the grocery store by the registry if kids will be loud or inconvenient to them... People who think they can control everything because they have a gun must be in jail!!!

How is the widow's lawsuit against theater going? I would hate to see this theater closed... Do not support her lawyer's decision to go after theater when it's totally shooters fault...

My last Bucs game I got into it with two "sauced up" obnoxious Bucs fans and told myself never will go to RayJay again after that.....
I sure don't like being around drinking people. Just a drink and people change.

And how do you explain Reeves, who was a cop for so many years, pulling a gun in a theater and firing? Even his wife knew he shouldn't have done that. Oh yes, but he was in fear for his life!

That could be a good question for the judge after she denies his motion next week

Reeves said it himself right after the killing according to the off duty law enforcement officer (who has absolutely no reason to lie) that he "can't believe what I've just done" then his wife says "that was no reason to shoot him" which he then told her to "sit down and shut your f-ing mouth".
Those are very, very powerful statements.....said directly after the killing. And, noticeably, neither Reeves will now admit to saying those exact words.

That is what Reeves is saying. He feared the man who was standing in front of him.

What his wife thought has nothing to do with it.

I would tell my wife the same thing under the concept of 'dont say anything that may be used against you in a court of law'. I too would feel remorse after killing someone, particularly for the first time ever.

You'd tell your wife to "sit down and shut your f-ing mouth"? That's nice!
You honestly feel Reeves feels remorseful?
