Found this on another site. Thought some of you neighbors and prospective new residents might find this interesting, for the Apollo Beach/Ruskin/Sun City Center/Riverview area..

Exciting stuff. I can't wait for this.

Great. Notice that they have a bookseller in the drafts. That's about the only thing I'll need in addition to grocery stores and gas stations. Looks like Apollo Beach/Ruskin will be getting nicer.

It's an AMAZING thing, for those that don't live in Covington Park.

Right now, to get anything done, one has to drive to Brandon for malls and shopping and even decent restaurants. That's 15+ miles, 25+ minutes.

This mall will bring everything AB needs, right to central AB. It just so happens to be next to Covington Park, which will mean increased traffic.

However, just depends on your outlook at things. Could be a positive as you could walk to the shops/restaurants instead of drive, etc.

agreed I lived in Apollo beach it was very far from everything but seeing them add things is cool. All they need now is a real post office!

Well I see why so many homes are for sale at Cov Park, who would want to live there?Isnt their zoning laws that prohibit such a massive commercial site next to so many residential homes?

Thanks......

Default Did the vote pass in FL to limit property taxes?

Sorry for all the questions but a move to FL from NY and buying a house one needs all the info he can get. Especially in this economy/housing market.
