I would appreciate if someone with vast knowledge of Clearwater would direct me to the better areas of that town, where we can find a 2-3 bedroom house or condominium 55 +. No need for golf......or luxuries, just a decent place to live, in a decent community, with decent surroundings. Thanking you in advance.....

I would say further up us 19 into palm harbor maybe ? what about hillcrest 55+ mhp ? are you just interested in condos , townhouses , houses . ? maybe obtain a real estate agent to help you with that ?

In this search you have to start with your pocketbook. Some condos on the beach sure look nice, especially with a boat slip, but they are simply not in my budget.

look at Tamarac by the Gulf - seminole - not clearwater but great location, no flood, close to beach and houses with low maintenance fee that covers lawn service and pool/clubhouse - I have sold quite a few in there.
